Delivery policy
All orders are subject to product availability at El Attal for Modern Lighting. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The delivery date of your order may vary due to carrier’s shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and quantity of items ordered. In addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. No additional shipping charges will apply depending on your location and the size of your order. If there is any damage to the items you ordered upon delivery, you must contact us within 5 days of the receipt of your order.



Return policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from El Attal for Modern Lighting, you can either return your order for a full refund with something else within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items to be returned must be in the condition received and in the original box or packaging. After returning the product to the porter stores for modern lighting, the value of the product will be refunded via Vodafone Cash or a bank transfer, however, the shipping cost will not be refunded

In the event of a request to return a product from your order that has been paid through any of the installment methods, the order will be fully returned and the full amount will be refunded, not part of it.




Replacement policy
You can exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are not used. The product is returned first to Al-Attal stores for modern lighting to make sure that it has not been used and that it is in its original condition. After that, the replaced product is shipped with the addition of shipping fees.

If the product was installed within 14 days from the date of receiving the original order, and manufacturing defects were discovered, a maximum of 3 maintenance is performed to ensure the safety of the product.
